Dr. Christian Cho received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Born in Arlington, Virginia and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, (he’s a Southern Guy without a “drawl”) he presently resides in Issaquah, Washington with his wife, Karin, and 3 children, Christian Jr., Caleb, and Sophia.
He is an avid golfer, soccer player, and enjoys exercising and working out. His other hobbies include watching movies, listening to music, riding motorcycles, playing the drums and the guitar.
His inspiration to become a chiropractor came at the age of 16, when he injured his low back while playing very competitive soccer. He visited a chiropractor through a neighbor’s referral, and it turned out to be a LIFE CHANGING experience. While studying Sports Medicine in college, he knew he wanted to become a chiropractor. The goal was to blend the body’s ability to heal itself with the functional improvement of injured structures using sports medicine.
That goal became a reality in 1999 when he joined the medical staff of the Seattle Sounders Soccer Team.
He performed all the chiropractic treatment for the players, trainers, coaches, and staff and continues to maintain some of those relationships today.
His clinic, Chosen Chiropractic has been serving the Bellevue and Greater Seattle area since 1998 has also been recognized with the Best of Bellevue Award for 2009 and 2010. After undergoing a remodel over Christmas, the clinic is able to serve more patients with more specific treatment techniques including posture exercises, rehabilitation, and balance training.
He is a member of many organizations, including the Washington State Chiropractic Association, Korean American Health Professional Association, Korean American Coalition, Downtown Bellevue Le-Tip, and currently attends the Central Baptist Church of Seattle.
